Our friends Jack Dangermond and Sean Breyer of Esri visited the Yale Center for Biodiversity and Global Change this week. Our day was filled with presentations and conversations about the future of GIS and its role in global biodiversity science and conservation. We learned about Jack's and Esri's vision for the future and our researchers presented the myriad of exciting projects we are working on. We are grateful for Esri's support and the time we shared during their visit to Yale University.
