From Climate to Biodiversity and Back: Insights into Biodiversity-Climate Feedback

Please join us for the first talk of our BGC 2024 Fall Seminar Series with Dr. Dirk Karger. Dr. Karger is a senior researcher at the Swiss Federal Research Institute WSL and an affiliate of the Yale BGC Center. His work addresses the interface of macroecology, biodiversity research, and climatology. He is particularly known for his work on the CHELSA high-resolution global climate products spanning past to future.
