Areas of Interest
Jayden joins Yale BGC to assist with fieldwork, research and data management. Jayden’s interests are centered around developing science and strategies to inform conservation planners and managers. He is particularly interested in understanding the role applications of spatial data and behavioral ecology have in inference of wildlife space use and habitat. Through professional experience he has has worked in a wide array of wildlife ecology fieldwork and management. Jayden also has a unique background as a Pro Ski Patroller, EMT and board member in Mountain Rescue.
Jayden received a B.S. in Biology, GIS certificate from Western Colorado University in 2023. He is a NSF Graduate Research Fellow and will be joining Montana State University in 2024 studying wildlife movement and behavior.
